THE CHALLENGE
In a competetive industry, TalkTalk strived to be a fairer broadband provider, with lower prices and no mid-contract price-rises. This campaign was the platform to promote this brand truth
THE APPROACH
A suite of film and photography was taken of real customers doing what they love online. Not staged, a special computer screen was used to hide the camera, so these people were all captured truly engrossed in what they love, with genuine laughter, tears and brillaint concentration faces!
THE RESULTS
This pioneering campaign was successful in promoting a truly diverse audience and signalling that TalkTalk is fighting for fairer prices for everyone. A British Arrows award was won for "BEST DIVERSITY IN ADVERTISING'
